Nicole Baptiste, MD

Nicole B. Baptiste, MD, is a dedicated OB/GYN committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women at LaSante Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Baptiste specializes in comprehensive women’s health services, including preventive gynecologic care, prenatal care, and the management of complex obstetric and gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Baptiste earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California before completing her Doctor of Medicine degree at Ross University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her medical internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pennsylvania and her OB/GYN residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York, where she gained extensive hands-on experience caring for diverse patient populations.

Her commitment to women’s health extends beyond the clinical setting. Dr. Baptiste participated in Haiti Volunteer Relief, providing essential healthcare services to women in underserved communities. She is also a recipient of the Brooklyn Gynecological Society of Brooklyn and Staten Island Participant Award, recognized for her research contributions in neonatal and maternal morbidity.

Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Dr. Baptiste values patient education and shared decision-making, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys theater, opera, and ballet, reflecting her appreciation for creativity and lifelong learning.
