Isabelle Zeidner, LMSW

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in May 2026 and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in May 2024, where I also contributed to research on adolescent development, identity, and social relationships. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe mental illness. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and move toward the life they want to live.
