Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Social work degree from Columbia University in May 2026 and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Appalachian State University in December 2023. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Elizabeth’s compassionate and attentive presence helps clients feel at ease and seen. She understands the silent struggle that can sometimes come with mental health disorders, especially for those at a young age. She is dedicated to being a safe space for people to seek support, understand, and work through their struggles. She prioritizes the client’s needs and understands the importance of being seen as more than just the mental health struggles a person experiences.
Elizabeth loves working with individuals from all walks of life and values a strengths-based, client centered approach to understand a person’s individual experiences. She utilizes various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, and more.
