Daniel Melmed, LCSW

Daniel Melmed is the Director of Behavioral Health at LaSante Health Center, where he oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Behavioral Health Department. He provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, oversees clinical documentation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational workflows and collaborates with billing, case management, and administrative departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. He also leads staff development, program implementation, quality improvement initiatives and strategic efforts to expand behavioral health services and improve access to care throughout the communities LaSante Health Center serves.
