As a Nigerian immigrant and Mental Health Counselor, I believe healing happens in community. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported as they navigate life's challenges.
My approach is person-centered and culturally responsive, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic principles, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns, and identity-related challenges.
I have a special interest in supporting Black individuals across the diaspora, immigrants, and multicultural communities navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, and religious trauma. My goal is to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
